Card Storage Agreement

You authorize the Program to store account details for the specified credit or debit card account(s) for the purpose of paying life insurance premiums. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the card account(s) that you have entered on the Service. You agree that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until the Program receives notification from you of its termination.
